Moving

Yesterday, he all helped move some of Lesley's grandparents thing out of their house. It was a long day. We seem to have a furniture store at our house now. 4 sofas, 4 chairs, 2 coffee tables, 4 end tables, and a lot of other things, some ours and some we're just holding for others. I'll be glad when everyone is done moving things.

I am the KING!

I think we've got most of our stuff unpacked and put away. Now we've just got our wedding stuff to finish worring about. [It's saturday you know] Friday and saturday nights we had my bachelor party. We went out to the bars. I wore a Burger King crown. My cousin kept saying that I was the KING! I drank shots. It was a good time.

Unpacking

I'm not having fun unpacking. It seems like every time I get somethings unpacked, there's even more to put away. Or I have to move a bunch of stuff I just unpacked because I forgot I had something.

Moved In

Well, we got most everything moved in this weekend. All of my stuff and most of Lesley's. Now all we've got to do is go through it, unpack it, find out what we need, wait till we see if we got it for our wedding, and then get it. Fun!

Keys

Today we get to sign and get keys. Tomorrow the other people sign and we'll get the rest of the keys. I'm ready for the moving in party on saturday. I hope it doesn't rain when we all go to the mule jumping contest.

We put a contract on a house. If we accept their counteroffer, we might be homeowners!

Even though we haven't signed the contract yet (cause our builder is on vacation) we are officially going to build. No ifs, ands or buts about it. Our minds are made up.

The land of fruit

I don't know what we're doing. Now we're thinking about buying a house in Fruitland.

Building Part 2

Well I think we're finally going to build. No duplex. Here's a rough floor plan for the first floor and a picture.

Housing Situation

The housing situations suck right now. First the guy building our house was going to build it his way with subcontractors, so we were going to get a duplex. Then he will build it how we want it, still thinking of getting a duplex. Now I think he'll build it the way we want, but in much less time than we can get a lease for (built=4 months;lease=9 months). So we might be without a built hose (for a while?) with limited choices of a place to live in the mean time (don't want to live with either parents). I guess it might get figured out tonight or tomorrow?

Food and a home

Tonight we're going to go to homecomers. There isn't really a lot there, but we just go mainly for funnel cake for Lesley and a cheeseburger and cotton candy for me. Maybe buy the end of the month I might be moving into a duplex until our house is built (who knows when that will be).

Building

So Lesley and I decided to build a house instead of buying the one on Glen. We like what the builder is going to do with it and the better craftsmanship. I'll put the plans up later.

Homes 21

We've been looking at houses around town, and we are having a tough time finding nice ones in our price range. We found one tht we want to look at this weekend. Hopefully (if it's nice on the inside too) we can afford it. Brick, 3 Bedrooms, 2 baths, 2 Car Garage.
I've been playing Wrestlemania 21 a lot lately. I like playing with my character in career mode. I've already won a belt.
We're trying to find somewhere to go on our vacation. Somewhere cheap and not too far away. Any suggestions?
