Cough, cough!

I've been sick again. It's pretty much been like I was in January. Coughing mostly. I wonder how I keep getting this. Some say it's allergies, but I don't know. It always seems to come right before time to see wrestling.

Another year older

Well, it my birthday again. Another year older. It just seems like any old day. I could have spent the day in bed. With company this weekend, I got up early both days. I'm just tired. My boss took the guys and me out to eat at Mazzio's for lunch. It was a little better than what I brought, but I'd probably be happy with what I brought anyway. Oh well. At least tonight will be better. Lesley will make it a good night and Prison Break comes back tonight.

Satellite TV

Tomorrow we get our satellite hooked up. We went with Direct TV with a DVR. It'll be nice to get WWE and other shows we like. I'm afraid we've so used to only 2 channels or have too much stuff to keep us busy that we won't have time for TV. Now all I need is to find an affordable high speed internet provider.

Winners

The 3 people who I wanted to win the reality shows did win. The hippies on Amazing Race and Taylor won American Idol. It's been a good season.

Wrestlemania Goes Hollywood

Wrestlemania 21
This year's Wrestlemania was WAY greater than last year's. It had almost everything you could think of in a Wrestlemania:
All in all the results were very good. It was the best one I've seen in a while.

Prepare to Be Roasted

Jeff Foxworthy
Prepare to Be Roasted
If you were to say that Jeff Foxworthy made a good decision to leave his $30,000 a year job to go into standup comedy, we sure wouldn’t argue with you. Having taken his redneck brand of southern comedy into almost every form of media imaginable, there aren’t many folks out there who haven’t heard the phrase “you might be a redneck if…” Jeff is the author of best selling books, the star of Ace Award winning comedy specials, starred in his own sitcom (on two different networks), is the first comedian to ever have an album go triple platinum, the host of a weekly countdown radio show, and stars in a new sketch comedy show on The WB. Oh, and maybe you’ve heard of one of his other side projects, the highly successful Blue Collar Comedy Tour, which has spawned two comedy albums, a movie, DVDs and a hit sketch comedy show. One drawback to all this success is that it has given his contemporaries plenty of material to use against him in the upcoming Comedy Central Roast which will air this Sunday.
